Nish has consistently followed industry best practices in the immigration field since the start of his career.

Originally from a small town in India, Nish moved to Australia as an international student at the age of 17. Overcoming numerous challenges, he completed his Diploma of Community Services at Swan TAFE in Western Australia. While pursuing his Bachelor of Social Science at Edith Cowan University, he applied for permanent residency, only to have it initially refused by the Department of Immigration. An appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) also proved unsuccessful. However, as Wilson Mizner once said, "The only sure thing about luck is that it will change," and it indeed did for Nish. The Migration Agent who represented him at the AAT was so impressed with the diligence and thoroughness Nish demonstrated in his application that they offered him a full-time position as their assistant.

This opportunity marked the beginning of Nish's career in the migration industry. After gaining valuable experience as an assistant to an experienced Migration Agent, he decided to pursue his Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice at Murdoch University, Western Australia. Graduating with distinction, Nish embarked on his journey as a Migration Agent, eventually founding immiFix Legal Pty Ltd.
